Skywater Property Management Inc. has created the first web based resident networking portal for residents of Toronto that happen to reside in a Skywater managed site.
Community Groups
Once your account has been approved you can request to join the group for your managed building. We also have Committee Groups allowing you to start a group to help improve your community.
Stay updated
There is also a calendar that displays all upcoming maintenance windows and events that will take place in your building such as a fire alarm testing. You will also be able to find other residents of your building and send them a private message through the site.
