Skywater Property Management Inc has created the first resident networking and updates portal for residents of Toronto that happen to reside in a Skywater managed site. If you are a resident of a property managed by Skywater then you can sign up for your free account here. You will need to enter your condo corporation number and verify your email address.
A private page for your building
Here you can find many resources and documents related to your building. There is also a section for uploading photos in case you want to share a image, or write a blog post. There is also a calendar that displays all upcoming maintenance windows and events that will take place in your building such as a fire alarm testing.

With your membership at Skywater.ca you will be able to enjoy many useful features. However these features have been created for the residents of the buildings we manage. Becoming a member at Skywater has multiple stages of verification and appropriate permissions for each level.
